1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Here are the conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that:
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not return defective items without our prior consent.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return instructions above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send the replacement item once the original item is returned. Note that exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
